Rachel attended The Academy of Natural Therapy in Greeley in 2010, completing an intensive 1000-hour program in massage therapy. Following this, she earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 2012. This robust educational foundation laid the groundwork for her professional journey.

As a child, Rachel dreamed of becoming a musician, driven by a love for piano and choir. This early passion for music even led her to start as a music major in college and explore opera. Though her career path ultimately shifted to massage therapy, the skills and sensitivities developed through her musical background continues to influence her approach to healing and client care.
