Tawnya joined our team in November 2023 after completing her massage therapy certification at IBMC Fort Collins in 2013. She has always been drawn to natural healing ways and energy work. She was given a gift certificate for her first massage and it was unbelievably healing for her body, mind and spirit. Tawnya wanted to share that experience with others which led her to study massage therapy. She is trained in many modalities of massage therapy including Deep Relaxation, and Deep Tissue. She always strives to learn more and her inquisitive nature leads her to study many styles, techniques & therapies. She really enjoys working on necks and shoulders, bringing people out of discomfort and into a place of healing and relief.

Outside of her Position at Height Of Health Tawnya Loves spending time with her family, dancing, arts & crafts, hiking, meditating or just getting lost in nature!

Thursdays: 11am - 6pm

Fridays: 9am - 4pm

Saturdays: 9am - 4pm
